TThis stuff never gets old, the genius of Keigo Oyamada, otherwise known as Cornelius.
I first came across Cornelius when my good friend Dan Canyon introduced me to his work about 15 years ago…a marriage from sound to picture that is completely mesmerising for its precision, inventivenesss and the ability to create wonder out of everyday objects and situations. His onomatopoeic creations work like palindromes, they are so well put together you can't quite figure out which came first - music or image?
Seeing him live with the visuals a full storey high was just electrifying - definitely the way to experience his music and videos.
Here are some examples.
